EP 06: Wild and Free with Lauren Palmer
Instagram: @karadawnz

SUMMARY
Lauren, along with her sisters, owns a floral studio and event venue in Oklahoma City. She talks about starting and running these companies - the hard parts and the beautiful parts. Lauren also talks about delving into her genealogy and its importance in fully accepting and embracing who she is. I LOVE the respect she pays to the ones who went before her - so inspiring!
She's also an insane musician, plays a million instruments and sings like a dream (which you mayyyyy get to hear on the show).
Lauren also talks about a new initiative she helped create called The Conversation Workshops, which provides tools and safe spaces for healthy conversations around racial reconciliation and systemic injustice.
